VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Our mission is to renovate, preserve and operate The Historic Egyptian Theatre as a Performing Arts and Entertainment Center, and to improve the economic vitality and quality of the community by offering programs of cultural, education and entertainment value. If collecting old pictures and articles about the good old days is what you like, we need Historians. Would you enjoy putting up old movie posters, arranging flowers and decorating the lobby? Then we need you for Housekeeping. If you are a "read all about it" person then we need you for Publicity. If you like old buildings and preserving them we need you for Restoration. Do you like to act sing and dance? We need you for Live Entertainment and Theatre. Would it thrill you to be the person behind the projector showing the movie? We need you for Projection and Film Choice. Do you like to teach? We need you for Education. Do you like the smell of fresh popped popcorn? We need you in the Concession Stand. Do you enjoy raising money for a good cause? We need you in Fundraising. Do you have a knowledge of grants and a savvy for meticulous writing? We need you for Grant Writing.
